WHAT I OFFER

Research & Communications

EXAMPLE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Case study design and delivery: End-to-end research support: scoping, guide creation, interviews, and synthesis into evidence that tells a compelling, accurate story.

  • Thematic, country, or sector briefs: Conduct desk-based research, open-source intelligence, and targeted interviews and synthesize findings into clear, actionable briefings and reports.

  • Qualitative research design, development, and analysis: Structuring research to answer the right questions — with methodologies suited to your context and objectives (e.g., semi-structured and key informant interviews, focus groups, participatory research).

  • Client coaching: Providing coaching on interview techniques, ethical interviewing, and safeguarding.

Capacity Building & Training

EXAMPLE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Needs assessment: Understanding your team's starting point and your organization's specific context before designing any training. This applies to any engagement when you work with me.

  • Bespoke training design and delivery: In-person or online training built around your needs, your supply chains, and your goals — not a standard curriculum.

  • Training materials and guides: Context-specific resources, case studies, and reference materials your team can use and return to after the training ends. Training-the-trainer support also available.

  • Developing labor compliance tools and policies: Working with clients to develop tools and policies that demonstrate commitment to human rights (e.g., Supplier Code of Conduct, Human Rights Policy).

Strategy & Advisory

EXAMPLE SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Stakeholder and supplier engagement strategy: Designing and assessing approaches to engaging stakeholders, rightsholders, and supply chain partners in ways that build trust and generate real insight.

  • Purchasing practices advisory: Specialist advisory on purchasing practices in the apparel and luxury goods sectors, and their impacts on suppliers and workers.

  • Gap analysis: Assessing the maturity of a labor compliance strategy and practices.

Every engagement is
built around you

I don't offer off-the-shelf programs or standard packages. Whether you need a focused piece of research, a multi-session training program, or an ongoing advisory relationship, the scope and shape of the engagement is developed with you — based on what you're trying to achieve and what will actually be useful.

Sector specialisms: apparel, seafood, agriculture

Deep familiarity with the specific supply chain dynamics, relationships, and challenges in each sector.

Global reach, local sensitivity

Experience working across diverse cultural and geographic contexts, with a strong emphasis on ethical, respectful engagement.

Independent, trusted perspective

As an independent consultant, I offer honest, objective assessments, and a direct, collaborative approach.

Knowledge that stays in your organization

Designed so that what you learn and build during the engagement continues to generate value after it ends.
